Check-In As Early As 12:00 Noon

Perhaps the most exciting feature of our Resort Club homes is the Early Check In at no additional cost to you. At Resort Realty, if you rent a RESORT CLUB property and have no balance due on check in day, you will be able to check-in directly at the vacation home and begin your Outer Banks vacation as early as 12 PM. We know this is the one thing all of our vacationers love and we are pleased to offer these incentives to our guests.

Amenities & Features

Every prestigious Resort Club property offers a host of vacation amenities and exceptional features - whether it is location, style, design or all of the above. These vacation homes are all unique and individually owned. Each owner has selected furnishings, decor and styles that reflect their personal tastes that are sure to please your family.

Personal Caretaker On Check-In Day

Although every Resort Realty home is guaranteed to be clean and well-cared for, our premier Resort Club properties include additional attention to detail and a Resort Realty Caretaker on the premises of the property on check-in day from 9AM until 5PM. Upon your arrival, your Caretaker will personally welcome you and guide you in use of all the amenities and features your home has to offer. Your Caretaker ensures your vacation home is in tip-top condition and your Resort Realty vacation is most enjoyable from the moment you check-in. They will also notify you as to which areas of the property are ready for occupancy and will be available to answer any questions you may have regarding your vacation home. If you are vacationing for multiple weeks the caretaker will arrive the following normal check-in day to service the property once again. Check-out is 10AM on check-out day.

Numerous Photos Make Planning Your Vacation A Breeze

Each home in the RESORT CLUB program has numerous photos to assist you is selecting the perfect location for your Resort Realty vacation. Additional photos and floor plans are always available in our catalog as well as on our website at www.resortrealty.com to make vacation planning easier for you. For those houses under construction, we will constantly update the progress of those houses with new pictures on our website.
