Welcome to the Outer Banks of North Carolina.  Resort Realty is pleased to share all our beautiful barrier islands have to offer and to be a part of your Outer Banks vacation tradition. Resort Realty has been providing families with memorable Outer Banks Vacations and professional Real Estate services since 1987. Since Resort Realty’s inception, our goal has been to deliver 100% Satisfaction to all of our guests and clientele.  A lot has changed on the Outer Banks since 1987. We began with one office in Kitty Hawk - the same location where our current Kitty Hawk office stands. After two decades of steady growth and success, we now have 4 full-service offices reaching from Corolla to South Nags Head. Our guests can now choose from over 450 exceptional vacation homes and we are committed to providing the best Outer Banks Experience for our vacationers.

Throughout the years, our ongoing success is attributed to our loyal guests, homeowners, clients and employees. Resort Realty has weathered some tough markets and we have thrived during the strong ones. In 1999, we became a Prudential® Real Estate Affiliate. During this time period, franchises suddenly became popular on the Outer Banks. As we begin to celebrate our twentieth anniversary on the Outer Banks, Resort Realty has decided not to renew our franchise with Prudential and return to our original namesake and Outer Banks roots. Although Resort Realty’s mission and our friendly faces will remain the same, we’ve embraced our future with a brand new look as we continue to ensure that our guests and clients expectations are always exceeded.
