Welcome and thank you for visiting the Outer Banks with Resort Realty. For over 25 years, Resort Realty has been providing families with memorable Outer Banks Vacation beach rentals and professional Real Estate services. Since our inception, our goal has been to deliver 100% satisfaction to all of our guests and clientele. A lot has changed on the Outer Banks since our start in 1987. Resort Realty began with a dream and one office. After two decades of steady growth and success, we now have 3 full-service offices and manage over 470 wonderful Outer Banks vacation rentals. Resort Realty has 40 full time Resort Real Estate Sales Brokers working with rentals in Southern Shores, Corolla, and Kitty Hawk to name a few. Over the years, Resort Realty has had many faces. Starting as a small independent Real Estate company, Resort Realty joined the Prudential Real Estate network in 1999 as a franchisee and enjoyed eight strong years of Real Estate Sales growth. In 2007 the principles led by then General Manager now CEO, Michael Harrington, transformed Resort Realty’s identity one more time back into a thriving top Independent Real Estate firm. In 2008, Resort Realty was granted membership into the most prestigious independent Real Estate Network in the world, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. This allowed Resort Realty to expand their brand beyond the Outer Banks to fellow independents from all over the country. While many things have changed on the Outer Banks over the years, the one thing that has remained constant is Resort Realty’s mission to give its Homeowners, Clients, and Customers unparalleled customer service and communications.
