Resort Realty of the Outer Banks welcomes Susan Carlson as a new agent in our Nags Head office.
Susan graduated from Langley High School in McLean, Virginia and went on to study Fine Arts and English at Miami-Dade College in Miami, Florida. In the 1980s she became interested in Real Estate, specializing in Resort Properties from Hatteras to Duck and then to the Tampa area where she specialized in Waterfront Homes for many years. Susan’s experience has given her the opportunity to understand the unique situations that arise when purchasing or selling in Coastal areas. In her leisure time she enjoys fishing or walking with her husband and two labs on the beach.
