Resort Realty of the Outer Banks is pleased to announce Randy Jones as its Top Sales Agent and Lauren Nelson and Steve Clarke as Top Sales Team. These agents were named among Resort Realty’s 34 other agents for their overall sales number produced in 2009.

Jones is a graduate of the University of Wilmington, as well as The Wake Forest University School of Law. He has over ten years of real estate experience on the Outer Banks. Jones practiced law for seven years prior to making the transition into real estate sales. Throughout his sales career, Jones has been committed to continuous study and improvement by receiving coaching through the Top Real Estate Trainer in North America (Mike Ferry).  Jones is consistently ranked among the highest producing agents on the Outer Banks, including being in the top 5 in 2007. His office includes Carolyne Haas, a full time licensed real estate agent who serves as his transaction coordinator. Jones brought his very successful real estate business to Resort Realty in June of 2008.

Randy has attained the top sales agent status for Resort Realty in 2009 by successfully representing his clients in their real estate objectives, says Roy Singletary, Resort Realty’s Sales Manager. He adds, Randy’s work ethics and professional attitude propelled him to the top of Resort Realty’s sales force.

Lauren Nelson and Steve Clarke joined Resort Realty in 2003 as a team in order to offer their clients the combined efforts and expertise of two dedicated real estate professionals. Their teamwork and commitment to their profession has proven successful since they joined forces, and they have achieved Top Team honors with Resort Realty 4 of the last 5 years. Clarke has obtained his GRI designation, is an ABR, and is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). On a National level, only 4% of Realtors hold this prestigious CRS designation. Nelson is a graduate of Virginia Tech holds an ABR designation. Together they make up The OuterBanks4Sale Team (www.outerbanks4sale.com) and have over 21 years combined experience in helping clients buy and sell Outer Banks Real Estate.
