Tentative Reservation Request Form

Thank you for your tentative reservation request. A holding fee of $50.00 plus $3.88 sales tax is required to hold each week reserved. Please sign and return with payment within 14 days. If payment is not received within the 14 days your reservation will be cancelled without notification. Tentative reservations are taken on a first come first serve basis only. If you have not spoken to one of our representatives to see if the desired home is available, please give us a call to check the availability of the property and to retain your confirmation number prior to mailing your holding fee. Not more than one property can be reserved for the same time period by the same guest. THIS IS NOT A CONFIRMED RESERVATION.

THE $53.88 HOLDING FEE IS NOT CREDITED TO YOUR RENTAL, NOR IS IT REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT FOR THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:

  1. RESORT REALTY does not renew its rental contract with the owner.
  2. The owner, in renewing the property management agreement, chooses the week you have requested as their time.
  3. The rental rate increases over 10% above the previous year’s rate and you choose to cancel the request.
  4. Any reservation that is greater than 7 nights will have the entire holding fee less $53.88 refunded when confirmed by December 1st. ***** For example if you reserve 3 weeks, 2 weeks of the holding fee would be refunded.

Once we have determined that the selected property will be available, the lease agreement will be mailed to you on or about October 15th. ALL ADVANCE RENT PAYMENTS WILL BE DUE NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 15th. (Resort Realty reserves the right to change advance rent payment dates at any time). If your advance rent payment is not received within the specified time, your reservation will be cancelled and your holding fee will be forfeited. Resort Realty cannot be held responsible for leases lost in the mail or not received via e-mail. Please check on the status of your request frequently.
