PROMOTION PERIOD - Promotion begins June 12, 2009 and ends on August 1, 2009.

ELIGIBILITY- Renters will be automatically entered in the drawing when a reservation is made before August 1st. Employees of Resort Realty, its subsidiaries and affiliates are ineligible.

WINNER SELECTION - Odds of winning are dependent on total number of entrants. A random drawing will be conducted on or before August 1, 2009. Only one winner will be selected.

RESTRICTIONS- All dates are subject to availability and must be mutually agreed upon by Resort Realty and the Prize Winner. Resort Realty reserves the right to reject or alter selected stay dates. Reservation to be made no earlier then 9/1/09. No substitution or cash equivalent. Transfer of prize permitted at sole discretion of Resort Realty. Winner is responsible for other expenses not stated specifically herein. Other restrictions may apply.

NOTIFICATION- The winner will be notified via e-mail and/or telephone within 15 days of drawing. Resort Realty reserves the right to determine the method of Notification. Failure to acknowledge receipt of Notification of prize within seven days will cause the prize to be forfeited and an Alternate will be selected. Resort Realty is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner or for the winner’s late, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to claim the prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASES - By participating, entrants agree (a) to these Official Rules and the decisions of Resort Realty in all matters relating to the promotion, (b) to release and hold harmless Resort Realty, affiliates, parent companies and their respective employees from any liability for any and all losses, damages, rights or claims in connection with this promotion resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of this prize, and (c) to the use of their name, photograph, likeness, and biography for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, worldwide and without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
