Resort Realty Inspection Program

Obviously, opening up your home and offering it to the public as a vacation rental entails some unavoidable risk of damages or theft. RESORT REALTY recognizes these risks by renting only to family groups (which are statistically much safer) and has a very successful Inspection Program. After your guest depart, a qualified RESORT REALTY Inspector will inspect your home, take inventory and report anything missing, damaged or needing cleaning or repairs. Our Inspection Program allows any unfortunate damages to be caught right away – and also hold the appropriate tenant responsible.
