Content Marketing Specialist Based on experience Apply

Resort Realty is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to join their Marketing Department.

Position Objectives:

The Content Marketing Specialist (CMS) will work in cooperation with the marketing department to create and promote content regularly to grow Resort Realty’s branding and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a prolific and talented content creator and will write and produce various types of content including blog articles, landing pages, press releases, corporate announcements, and other digital/creative content, to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads.

The CMS will also be responsible for identifying and executing opportunities to improve our company’s and our content’s search rank for key terms by developing and managing both on-page and off-page SEO strategies for the company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create 1–2 free resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include e-books, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates, etc.).
  • Blog on an ongoing basis to support and promote Resort Realty and to attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers.
  • Craft landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant channels.
  • Grow our subscriber base by providing them with regular, helpful content that’s aligned with their needs and interests.
  • Collaborate with other Resort Realty departments as well as external influencers and industry experts to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms that meets the needs of our audiences.
  • Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for the company.
  • Manage and improve organic search engine performance based on click-through rates, traffic, and conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and changes with SEO and major search engines through resources like Moz and Google Webmaster Tools.

 

Required Skills:

This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of content marketing and content production.
  • Skilled in creating, editing, and promoting written and visual content.
  • Past experience producing content for the web specifically.
  • Past experience building audiences online.
  • Solid understanding of SEO concepts, including search ranking and optimization factors.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and keyword tools.
  • Excellent customer service and written and oral communication skills.
  • A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but should also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.

 

Local vacation industry experience preferred.  Full-time, year-round with benefits. Weekend work may be required.

Maintenance Office Manager, Point Harbor Apply

Must have own transportation, with a valid driver’s license and up-to-date auto insurance.  Would prefer someone who has knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods.  Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, bend and stand on feet for long periods of time.  Must have a clean driving record. Applicant must be willing to commit to working weekends.

Resort Realty is looking to hire Inventory/Housekeeping Inspectors. No experience is needed, just the right demeanor. Job may consist of carrying or lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds or more, and does require frequent standing and climbing stairs. Will be required to work weekends and must have reliable transportation with up to date auto insurance.
