Resort Realty offers basic in-house maintenance services for every home in our program -- at no cost to the homeowner. Every home in the Resort Realty program is included in the Basic Resort Care Plan. We also offer an Expanded Care Plan for homeowners looking for superior home care.
To deliver top-notch service, Resort provides 24-hour emergency service with quick response time for maintenance issues as well as after-hours maintenance service during summer months. In addition, our owners have access to our network of local, professional vendors for all of their property needs.

The Housekeeping Management Team at Resort Realty has over 30 years experience in management and specializes in motivating our staff to not only meet cleaning guidelines but exceed those expectations. We believe in setting specific cleaning standards, monitoring housekeeper’s performance, and holding our staff accountable.
Experienced housekeepers and inspectors share the vision of Resort’s Housekeeping Supervisor and Operations Manager. A clean home is crucial to your success; our trained team works hard to clean your home to the highest standards-making it ready for guest occupancy each week.
We certify our inspectors and provide annual training for all cleaners.

Upon guest departure, a qualified inspector will inspect your home, take inventory, and report anything missing, damaged, or needing repairs.
As an optional guest amenity, Resort offers an in-house linen program which provides bed linens and towels for guests. Cost for this service is passed along to the guest with standard and premier packages available.
Resort Realty’s Property Management system combines accounting, maintenance and housekeeping, tracking all of the activity on your Outer Banks vacation rental home in detail.
Our Accounting Department ensures all transactions related to your rental home are accurate and readily available and we have up-to-the-minute reporting for guest deposits, charges and payments, maintenance work performed, vendor charges, payments…virtually all transactions related to your vacation rental home. All accounting procedures comply with the NC Real Estate Commission and are set up to protect your funds.
Our year-round Accounting Team is located in our corporate Nags Head office, working side by side with our Rental Managers, eager to assist you with any questions.
