These packages include everything you will need to create a memorable day. Resort Realty has partnered with one of the most experienced and trusted wedding businesses on the Outer Banks, Mallards Marsh to create a wedding package to suit every couple, guest list and budget.
With our Event Packages you’ll enjoy access to a professional wedding coordinator to handle all the details and make planning your Outer Banks wedding a breeze. Whether you prefer a soundfront ceremony at The Whalehead Club or a beachfront wedding in Nags Head, our wedding coordinator will ensure every detail is taken care of.
RR-Seaside Seaclusion - $1,999 / $1,000 deposit
- Ceremony: Officiate

The Details:
All prices are subject to change without notice. Any additional services or customizations will be charged accordingly. Event Packages do not include the Event Home rental or a non-refundable Event Home Fee. Deposits (payable by cash, check, Visa or Master Card) and signed agreement are due immediately to secure your event date. Balance is due 30 days prior to event date. All applicable taxes and gratuities are additional. Number of guests also includes all persons in the wedding party.
