Resort Realty has always been committed to a safe and enjoyable vacation experience for all of our guests.

We are currently contacting all of our guests within 10 days of their check-in date. Those who are not allowed to enter the Outer Banks for their reserved week will receive a full refund.
For those who have purchased trip insurance, we strongly suggest reaching out to your trip insurance provider to make an insurance claim.
If your vacation is due to start in the next 30 days we are waiving all transfer fees if you would like to move your vacation to a later date in 2020. We understand that COVID-19 is a main concern for everyone right now. Our goal is and will continue to be, to provide a safe, welcoming, and clean environment for all of our guests. Please, continue to stay aware of, and practice the recommended CDC Guidelines on staying healthy, preventing spread of the virus, and ensuring proper hygiene. We follow the same guidelines in our practices with homes, offices, vendors and guests and train to those same objectives.
If you are planning an OBX vacation with Resort Realty, we highly recommend purchasing trip insurance at your time of booking. Trip insurance will protect your vacation investment should illness, travel complications, or other unforeseen circumstances prevent you from making it to the OBX.
