There is always something going on the Outer Banks! From live music, to family events and more, we have listed a couple of upcoming events not to be missed this weekend on the OBX.

Family Movie Night at the Windmill Point site in Nags Head

Join Children at Play Museum every Friday in July for Family Movie Night. Gates open at 7 p.m. Movie begins at dusk. Please feel free to bring low back chairs or blankets to sit on ground. Admission is $10 per car and proceeds benefit the Outer Banks Children at Play Museum.

July 5th Movie: The Princess Bride

First Friday in Manteo
July 5th in Downtown Manteo- 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Lots of energy, music and more take place along the manteo waterfront the First Friday of the month. Experience all that Manteo has to offer; unique boutiques, delicious restaurants, coffee shops and more. A wonderful event for the entire family.

Grab up the whole family and come on out to the Pigman’s BBQ Hushpuppy Eating Contest!  Live music!  Cornhole!  Good Food! There will be; children and adult competitions, a fundraiser for the local food pantry, come out and participate or just spectate and enjoy some award-winning BBQ!
