Top Sales Agent & Sales Team for 2010

Resort Realty of the Outer Banks is pleased to announce Randy Jones as its “Top Sales Agent” and Mike and Linda Powers as “Top Sales Team.” These agents were named among Resort Realty’s 36 other agents for their overall sales number produced in 2010.

Jones is a graduate of the University of Wilmington, as well as The Wake Forest University School of Law. He has over 17 years of real estate experience on the Outer Banks, and is consistently ranked among the highest producing agents in the area. He was also Resort Realty’s top Sales Agent in 2009. Jones practiced law for seven years prior to making the transition into real estate sales.  Throughout his sales career, Jones has been committed to continuous study and improvement by receiving coaching through the Top Real Estate Trainer in North America (Mike Ferry).  His office includes Carolyne Haas, a full time licensed real estate agent who serves as his transaction coordinator.  Jones has been with Resort Realty since June of 2008.

The Powers’ Team consisting of Linda Powers and husband Mike Powers were named the Top Sales Team for 2010. Linda Powers has been a practitioner in real estate since 1997 and has obtained her GRI and ABR designations, and is currently working toward her CRS and RRS qualifications. She has served as chairman of the Education Committee for the Outer Banks Association of

REALTORS®. Mike Powers is also a seasoned agent and has obtained his GRI and RRS designations. The couple was selected by Money magazine as the Outer Banks REALTORS® featured in the June 2005 real estate issue. In their spare time they enjoy volunteering with the Coast Guard Auxiliary and at their church. The Powers joined Resort Realty as a team in June 2008.
