Is this rental pet friendly? How far is the ocean?

This home does allow pets. The cost for the pet fee is $75. This home is 460 yards to the closeest beach access on Ocean View Dr.

Can I also bring a mature indoor, litter box trained and quiet California Ragdoll cat?

We are sorry, but out Pet Policy states: "Resort Realty's Outer Banks pet-friendly vacation rentals welcome dogs only. Pets are limited to two (2) domestic, housebroken, well-behaved adult dogs; no puppies are permitted Pet-friendly homes include a $125 non-refundable pet fee that is due with the balance payment.
