About Lisa Nicholson
Lisa was born in California and has lived in Guam, the Philippines, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Arizona before relocating to the Outer Banks with her family in 2009. With over 12 years of experience in the vacation rental industry, Lisa has worked on all sides of the business, including operations, marketing, sales, and assisting homeowners with their investments. As a Realtor-Broker, Lisa is deeply focused on serving property owners and delivering exceptional customer service. Her career began in the medical field, where she developed a passion for helping others. This passion, combined with her background in business management, naturally led Lisa to the vacation rental industry. She is dedicated to building strong relationships and providing top-tier service to all her clients.
About Sara Marques
Sara was born and raised in Howard County, MD and has been coming to the Outer Banks with her family for vacation for over 30 years and became a permanent resident in 2022. Sara is a seasoned real estate professional with over 10 years of experience in working directly with homeowners as an investor/property manager, driving growth through strategic sales, innovative marketing and excellent customer service skills. Sara is passionate about building strong relationships with her homeowners, identifying new opportunities, and consistently keeping up with the latest real estate market trends. Her goal is to deliver value-driven results, while ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every client she works with. Outside of real estate, Sara loves spending time with her family, going to the beach, and is a huge animal lover.
