Maintenance Technician

We are looking to hire individuals to help maintain the cleanliness of vacation homes with regular check out cleaning. Must be willing to work EVERY weekend.   • Job description:
    • Resort Realty is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician with basic home maintenance skills and a clean driving record. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and comfortable with the physical demands of the job.
    • Responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests, troubleshooting and repairing common property issues, completing assigned work orders, and supporting company maintenance programs. The role also includes assisting with annual property inspections and inventories as needed.
    • Requires weekend work and one after-hours shift per week.
