Resort Realty is looking to hire individuals to help maintain the cleanliness of vacation homes. Would prefer someone with experience but will train the right person with the right demeanor. Must be willing to work EVERY weekend, as this role is very important to our company. Only those that are dedicated and have a passion for what you do should apply. Company t-shirt and most cleaning supplies are provided. Must have reliable transportation and proof of up-to-date auto insurance. Weekly Piece Pay.

|Resort Realty is looking to hire individuals as Inventory/Housekeeping Inspectors. No experience is needed, just the right demeanor. Job may consist of carrying or lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds or more, and does require frequent standing and climbing stairs. Will be required to work weekends and must have reliable transportation with up to date auto insurance. Company shirt and Supplies are provided.|
|Vacation Specialist||Based on Experience||Apply|
|Resort Realty is currently in search of a Vacation Specialist for the 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm shift, 5 days a week. Our Vacation Specialists must be willing to help vacationers search for and reserve a rental home that meets their needs. During the reservation process you should be able to upsell the guest with additional services and offers; such as travel insurance, early check in, check out cleans and premier linen service. You should be prepared to help process the reservation, internally, by updating returned leases, calling on past due leases and payments, preparing check in packets, packing linens (and delivering, if needed), You will be responsible for promptly responding to Live Chat inquiries, emails, web messages and voicemails – always in a polite and professional manner. Our Vacation Specialists also welcome and assist our guests during check-in, this involves monitoring a website for home status, notifying guest, explaining our policies and procedures and issuing them their arrival packet. While focused on tasks that center on our guests’ experience you should also be prepared to assist homeowners with basic questions about their home, making reservations, and assisting our housekeeping/maintenance services.|
