We have just begun our second season with Resort. We were immediately impressed with their reminders and follow ups about every detail of their management if our rental home. That sort of attention continued throughout the entire season and off-season.
We were also very impressed with their staying in top of our rentals. When they noticed periods of fewer calls for an upcoming vacant week, they worked us to offer the appropriate discount which in several occasions resulted in a booked week. We were extremely pleased with our rental record for the year.
They made re-entry, etc as easy as could be expected following the September, 2019 storm.
