Simmer the first 7 ingredients for an hour. Add soy sauce and cook noodles. To serve, combine broth, noodles, and egg. Garnish with nori and scallions.
Turkey Lasagna Cups: Add egg roll wrappers, poured tomatoes, and cheese to your leftover turkey. Place wrappers into muffin tins, fill with ingredients and fold closed. Top with additional tomatoes and cheese then bake.
Mashed Potato Leftovers
Potato Pierogi: Add butter, onion, and potsticker wrappers to your leftover mashed potatoes. Cook onions in butter until brown then mix into mashed potatoes. Spoon onto wrappers, fold edges in, and cool in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
Stuffing Leftovers
Stuffing waffles: cook leftover stuffing in Belgian waffle iron until crisp on both sides. Serve with gravy and/or maple syrup.
Fried Stuffing Bites: add eggs, milk, and seasoned breadcrumbs to stuffing leftovers. Whisk eggs and milk together. Dunk stuffing cubes into mixture and then roll in breadcrumbs, fry until golden.
