We enjoyed our third year in a row at Nauti Buoy. Great house, easy walk to ocean, pool is always wonderful and the hot tub is great!
You cannot beat the area, so much to do!
Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, except no air fryer(no biggie). Beds are fair, if you like a firm mattress the top floor bedroom is the one for you!
The dining room chairs need to be replaced, they are very bent and not comfy, but that doesn't effect how wonderful our time is there.
The hosts are always thoughtful with the welcome champagne and good bag from Resort Realty is super helpful to get started.

We returned again this year to stay at Nauti Buoy after last year! The house is perfect for what we need. It is close to everything! There were some upgrades from last year that we enjoyed, such as the new carpet, the larger tv in the living room, DVD player in the middle level living room and the stool near the Master bedroom bed! We were greeted with a goodie bag from Resort Realty which is a huge help and a bottle of Prosecco to enjoy at our leisure! The walk to the beach is so easy, we rented a beach cart this year that made the trip EVEN BETTER! The hot tub is always a favorite and the pool is so close too! We appreciate all the little things that Nauti Buoy has to offer! Thanks for the great vacation!

Great property, very close to the beach. Lots of amenities, a fully stocked kitchen, and very clean. We loved the lower floor with all of the games and hot tub! Easy access to highway to get to other places on the outer banks. It was perfect place for us!

All the family enjoyed the stay in this beautiful home. The weather could have cooperated more but those are the chances you take when going on a vacation. We also loved the location to the pool and the beach and other sites and restaurants in the area. Would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Nags Head area.

Nauti Buoy was a gem. Close by to some of our favorite restaurants (Tale of the Whale and Shaka's was mouth watering food.There's a Super Wings ,Food Lion and outlets within a mile or two. We even went to spend a day at the Okracoke island which was a friendly island with a great brewery called 1718 Brewery. No complaints here and would definitely recommend to other families and friends. We had 9 people (5 teens, 4 adults and 2 small dogs) plenty of room and balconies for everyone to enjoy. Thanks bunches for sharing you place with us.

Plenty of space and beds for everyone, well organized, fun things to do in the house, and just well setup to enjoy the beach nearby and head anywhere up or down the OBX and see everything around. We had a lovely few days here. Great house with lots of room. Property managers were great with any questions we had and answered very quickly. Short walk to the beach and lovely views.The stairs will humble you though, haha. Basics were provided, and there are shops incredibly close for anything you may need that you didn't bring.

The Nauti Buoy is a very nice house. Plenty of room for our group of nine. With decks in almost every room, you can sit quietly by yourself or enjoy larger decks with family. Very clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything you might need.

Extremely clean home with comfortable furniture in three different living spaces. Very close to a wide stretch of beach. The access has both a wooden ramp and relatively flat sand dune. We enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets from the many well maintained decks. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The very nice community pool was steps from the house. This was our 30th trip to the Outer Banks and this home is definitely in our three five favorite!

My family of 8 enjoyed our stay at Nauti Buoy! There was plenty of space for us all. The little things that made our stay even better were the bottle of prosecco that was left for us, the kitchen towel left for us to use was helpful and the bathroom mats were a huge plus! Most of the outlet covers had nightlights installed in them, which made it nice when it was dark. The extra dog cage that was already set up was great! We enjoyed the hot tub, but the location of it made it somewhat unappealing because of the traffic. We had little use for the shuffle board table in the game room, in fact that room was rarely used at all, might have been used more if it was a pool table. Still a nice space, we just didn't use it. The house had most everything we needed except crap leg crackers, we couldn't find any! Kind of a necessity at the beach. We enjoyed the front deck of the house, but the noise from the road was distracting. The walk to the beach access was great, there is a parking lot available too, which was nice. There is a port-a-john there, which helped avoid walking all the way back to the house! The pool was wonderful, we had it all to ourselves all week. The grass area across the driveway was perfect for our dogs, and clean up was a breeze with the doggie station they had! The beds were comfortable, although the upstairs master needs a step stool to get into it! The showers were wonderful, and furniture was comfy! We also loved the outdoor furniture on the top deck, good quality and finish made it a regular spot for us to sit and enjoy our morning coffee and evening cocktails! Nauti Buoy is a great house, clean and well taken care of. We would definitely return! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Nauti Buoy was just right for our family with small children. The layout was perfect. Beach access was an easy walk and the kids enjoyed community pool was which was across the street. We did notice one cockroach in a bathroom, and didn't use the upper deck much after dark because they came out.

This was our 2nd stay at Nauti Buoy—graciously accommodated our group of 12 adults. We easily fit 4 vehicles in the driveway. We cooked dinners every night, and found the kitchen to be well-stocked with cookware. Access to the beach is really convenient; we were easily able to pack up and get back to the house at the first sight of a storm. Proximity to grocery, dining and shopping is a plus. The property does back up to the coastal highway, which is loud. We did not hear the noise from inside the house, but you will hear it when in the hot tub or on the back decks. We loved the game room and made use of the community pool. We had some problems with the garbage disposal and with the air conditioning during our stay, but the management company quickly responded and rectified both issues promptly.

Property was as listed, professionally cleaned home, bathrooms, etc, plastic packaged towels and wash cloths provided. House does have an ocean view although it is hard to tell, sound side view is excellent and great colors during sunset. Takes maybe 3 minutes to walk down to public beach access on a great part of Nags Head. Plenty of games available and TV in every room if that's what you are looking for. Beautiful home, plenty of entertainment, more outdoor decks than we knew what to do with on sound side and ocean side. Close to grocery store for food etc, plenty of year round restaurants, stop at Grits Grill for breakfast you will be glad you did, and make time to visit wright brothers memorial, Jockey State park, Roanoke Island aquarium, 4x4 Corolla for wild Horses, Bodie Island light house, I could go on, just enjoy OBX and come home to this beautiful beach getaway.

My dad blocked the Nauti Buoy for a surprise gift to me prior to leaving for college. The house is configured so that my friends and I felt like we had our own part and my parents the other. The rooms are set up where we could all be together when we wanted, but also had a sense of privacy when I wanted a little quiet time.

Our stay was one of the best vacations in my lifetime. The home is perfectly nestled in Nags Heads remotely quite, on a cul-de-sac, but close enough to see ocean vistas, a beach in 200 yard reach,and walk to some great eats, go-karts, putt putt, shops etc. If golf is in you to do list the course is across the street. Also a pool at your driveways end, and so many games to play at home. You will love, love this home!!!

I am so pleased that I chose this location for a spring getaway in Nags Head. Nauti buoy is walking distance to the beach and conveniently located near some of my favorite restaurants. The house was very clean and easy to access with keyless entry. This made it easy for everyone to come and go at their leisure. One of my favorite things about the house are all of the decks extending from the bedrooms and living areas. They are perfect for enjoying the beautiful ocean and sound views and soaking up the sun. We also enjoying playing pool in the rec room and sipping drinking outside at the tiki bar. The hot tub was an added bonus. I am in love with this place and cannot wait to go back!

The house was great, exactly as provided in the description and photos. We were very pleased with everything. The only issue was trying to turn the heat up on the hot tub. Either we didn't know how to do it or it was locked. It was barely bathwater warm. We did enjoy it once though even at that temperature. Very clean when we arrived. Great house!!

The furniture and beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. The beach and sound views are priceless and are a stone throw away. My daughter and I stayed at the Nauti Bouy with a large group of friends. The furniture and beds were super comfortable and everything was extremely clean. The kitchen was overstocked with everything we needed for dinners at home and relaxing nights on the deck and patio. Having our own room and bathroom was a definite plus. Hot tub during the evenings after dinner was perfect for the adults and kids. With just a five minute walk to the beach, it was much easier than I had expected to run back to the house for anything we forgot. We will definitely stay again. Thank you Jen and Paul for a great week.

Finally!! It is so nice to find a beach house that feels more like home than a beach house typically does! The beds are so comfortable, everything is clean and you have all the plates, cups and coffee makers you need. Can't wait to rebook, cause I'm not going anywhere else!
Perfect Family Reunion

We had such a great time with getting all my girls and their kids together for a family reunion. The kids loved the bunk room and the other girls had room to spread out with plenty of bathroom space. The basement bonus room was a plus for my daughter with a baby. Nice and quiet with a private kitchen so she could make bottles and keep food down there. The master was fit for a QUEEN! Loved the comfy big king bed! Slept like a baby. Nice and quiet. And the views were spectacular of the ocean and bay! Despite some rain we loved the views and spent time in the hot tub! Decks on each level and off every room!! Lots of quiet space for everyone! And only a short walk to the beach! Which had a shower there to rinse off after the beach. As well as a great outdoor shower at the house. We had such a great time! Can't wait for next year!!

We spent a long weekend at Nauti Buoy. Our first time checking out the Outer Banks. What a great location! A walk to the beach, a beautiful, relaxing home-we've found the house for our future OBX vacations.

My family and I spent Thanksgiving week at the Nauti Bouy and it was the best holiday ever. The house was clean, spacious and very affordable. The house has every amenity possible and walking distance from the beach! If you are looking for a place to stay Nauti Buoy is that place.
Such A Relaxing Time!

Such a relaxing time at Nauti Buoy! The house has a "feels like you are at home at the beach" vibe...VERY RELAXING! Waking up to sunrises over the ocean off all the front decks was breath taking....and in the evening we relaxed and took in the sunset over the sound. what more can you ask for!?! Nice quiet cul de sac with a 2 min walk to the beach right across the beach road, comfy beds, pool at the end of the driveway, tiki bar in the back with a great hot tub...all that was missing was an extra week at this place! Can't wait to come back we loved it!

I loved this house, great location, Ocean and sound view, pool across the street from the house, short walk to the beach, deck after deck to sit on and enjoy the views, plenty of parking. It was a great week. Very friendly neighborhood. Loved it
