Whalehead Beach, located in Corolla, is a popular oceanside subdivision that has large half acre lots. These considerable lots contribute to the feeling of spaciousness that vacationers love. Whalehead Beach runs north to south for 12 blocks; each block is 12 lots long. Each cross street has its own beach access, with the Bonito Street access boasting a lifeguard station as well. While the beach is very close, there are several conveniently located parking areas for those who prefer not to walk.
