Located just south of where the paved road ends, this peaceful community runs from ocean to sound and borders the estuarine sanctuary to the north on the sound side. There are two community pools – one oceanfront with a picnic area; one sound side by Crystal Lake both with convenient parking. Just across the street from the soundside pool, the Villages at Ocean Hill also offer two tennis courts, a basketball court, and a playground if you’re looking to get active. The Villages also offer sport courts where you can play volleyball, badminton, shuffle-board, and four-square. The Villages at Ocean Hill also offers access to their fitness center. Starting at $15 per day, take advantage of cardio equipment, resistance machines, and free weights. Forget about lugging all that annoying beach day equipment down to the oceanfront.
