Resort Realty’s sales team had a successful second quarter, with a total of $26,805,800 in sales volume. This is a 37% increase from 2015, placing Resort Realty as the second highest ranking firm on the Outer Banks from April through July 2016. Resort Realty’s agents Randy Jones and The Siers Team were awarded the top sales agent and team for the second quarter.

Randy Jones was ranked as the top sales agent for the second quarter with 7 units sold and an average of $502,500 per transaction. Randy is stationed in Resort Realty’s Duck office and is a top performing sales agent, winning the Top Sales Agent Award in 2015.

Mike and Stacy Siers from the Siers Team, were awarded top sales and listing team with 14 units sold and an average of $1,388,000 per transaction. The Siers Team works out of the Nags Head office and was also awarded Top Sales Team in 2015. They continue to lead Resort Realty in sales volume and listings.
